During my time with Emma, I found her to be professional, passionate about what she does and is very knowledgeable. The design of her sessions has been flexible and motivational. I always enjoy the variety of different exercises to see what works on strengthening my shoulder. If one exercise triggered small pain in my shoulder, Emma was quick to find alternative exercise to correct. Right now, I feel importantly that my confidence has been improving; this was a major downhill at the beginning. Do I recommend Emma, yes I do. 🙂”
