You are never too old to make a positive impact on your health.

Part of Sport Bay of Plenty's Keep On Your Feet program, a small group class focusing on lower body, core strength and balance to improve your movement confidence. Build strength and enhance your health to remain an active participant in your life.

I am specifically trained to be able to understand the nuances of the mature body which translates to a non-intimidating and highly effective training style.

You will meet other people within your community in a friendly and safe space with exercises for all abilities.

Classes are lighthearted, dare I say fun and accessible to most. Wheelchairs, walkers, crutches and support people are welcomed.
