Emma is specifically trained to be able to understand the nuances of the mature body which translates to a non-intimidating and highly effective training style.
You will meet other people within your community in a friendly and safe space with exercises for all abilities.
Classes are lighthearted, dare I say fun and accessible to most. Wheelchairs, walkers, crutches and support people are welcomed.
