I am a friendly, empathetic, nurturing Personal Trainer / Movement Coach who actively listens to you and responds accordingly. I start each session with a “client readiness Q&A” to assess where you are at in terms of energy, and then build the session accordingly.
I am qualified through AUT, am a REPs registered Personal Trainer and take my professional development seriously, frequently seeking extra learning opportunities.
My sessions generally include a mix of traditional and progressive exercises to leave you feeling strong, healthy and pain free.
I offer a free consultation session so I can take a detailed look into your goals and health and injury history.
