Online group classes are an affordable, easy way to work with a personal trainer. They are a great way to improve fitness, get a bit sweaty and fit exercise into your day, all from home or the office.

We focus on full body strength exercises which you can do with little or no equipment. You are welcome as an individual, as a family or you can arrange a private group for your team. Classes are carried out via Zoom.

Online group classes involve a structured 30 minute workout. Emma does all the thinking for you, she will keep you accountable, she provides continued support, motivates and takes into account your needs.
