I work with you at your own pace, looking at how your beliefs impact your behaviours. most of all I want you to feel good in your own body, your home for life.
My coaching style is personable, supportive and caring. I have a lot of empathy and understanding for people, yet will still get people to push past their own bullshit as it arises. I go above and beyond, my services are all encompassing, not just in our 1-on-1 time together but I am here outside of that to support you. I am professional, knowledgeable and realistic.
I hold certifications in CounterPunch Parkinson’s, and am a PreKure Certified Health Coach, accredited with the Health Coaches Australia and New Zealand Association as a health and wellness coach. I am registered with the NZ Registered Exercise Professionals organisation.
