About This Lesson

Pelvic floor safe exercises are exercises that place less stress on your pelvic floor.  These are suitable for people who experience, or are at risk of, pelvic floor problems.

A small group fitness class for women, we work on pelvic floor safe resistance and movement training.

Maximum 6 people per class

Sessions run in 8 week blocks, payment fortnightly in advance or at the start of the block in full.
