About This Lesson
Emma is specifically trained to be able to understand nuances of the senior body, translating these into non-intimidating, highly effective exercise strategies.
The focus is on improving strength, balance and mobility, making changes congruent to your life and sporting activities.
Maximum 6 people per class, 45 minute session. Classes do need to be booked, client consultation required prior to first session. $15 per session.
