About This Lesson

Building your strength will improve your balance, which helps you avoid falls and knocks, which are detrimental to your long term health.
You will meet other people within your community in a friendly and safe space with exercises for varying abilities. Classes suit both male and female, will leave you feeling stronger and with increased movement confidence.
Maximum 6 people per class, 45 minute session

Sessions run in 8 week blocks, payment fortnightly in advance or at the start of the block in full.
