About This Lesson

Emma is specifically trained to be able to understand nuances of the senior body, translating these into non-intimidating, highly effective exercise strategies. We use specific exercise strategies for the mature body.
The focus is improving strength, balance and mobility, making changes congruent to life and sporting activities at your time in life.
Maximum 6 people per class, 45 minute session

Classes do need to be booked, client consultation required prior to first session.
